Hair Questions and Answers about Product

Each pack of hair comes as a single bundle. The width of the bundle ranges from approximately 1.2 meters to 1.8 meters, depending on the hair length — longer lengths generally have narrower widths, while shorter lengths are wider. If necessary, the bundle can be cut to suit your specific styling or installation needs.

Since the weight of each pack remains the same, longer hair extensions will naturally have thinner ends compared to shorter lengths. This is a common characteristic of real human hair extensions.

If you find that one pack of long sew-in hair extensions does not provide enough volume for your desired look, we recommend purchasing two packs to achieve a fuller and more voluminous result.

With proper care and maintenance, our hair extensions can last between 4 to 8 weeks before requiring adjustment or repositioning. To preserve their quality and extend their lifespan, we recommend washing them sparingly—ideally every 1 to 2 weeks—depending on your lifestyle and product use. Over-washing can lead to dryness and tangling, so it’s important to use gentle, sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners. Additionally, avoid heavy product buildup such as oils, styling gels, or sprays, as these can weigh the hair down and affect both the appearance and longevity of the extensions. Regular brushing with a soft-bristle brush and avoiding heat styling tools whenever possible will also help maintain the natural look and feel of the extensions.

Due to variations in lighting conditions and different display settings on electronic devices, the actual color of the hair extensions may appear slightly different from the images shown.

We strive to ensure that the product photos are as accurate as possible, but minor color discrepancies may still occur. We appreciate your understanding and recommend referring to multiple photos or contacting us for more details if you have specific color requirements.

If you are not sure about color, we are willing to do a color match for you.

Hair Questions and Answers about Care & Styling

Braiding your hair into loose braids before going to bed is a simple yet effective way to protect both your natural hair and extensions. This practice helps reduce friction caused by tossing and turning during sleep, which can lead to tangles, breakage, and frizz. Loose braids help keep the hair organized and minimize stress on the roots and wefts. For added protection, consider sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase or wearing a silk bonnet, as these materials are gentler on the hair and help retain moisture throughout the night. Incorporating this habit into your nightly routine can significantly extend the lifespan and appearance of your hair extensions.

Yes! These remy human hair extensions can be curled, straightened, even permed. If you style it with heat, we recommend using heat protectant for longevity.
If you want to dye the hair, it’s recommended to purchase #60 and #1000 hair extensions as they take color more easily.

Yes! Our wefts are designed to be reusable if they are properly cared for. After removal, be sure to gently cleanse them to remove any product buildup or residue. Before storing, ensure the wefts are completely dry to prevent mold or mildew. Store them in a cool, dry place—preferably in an airtight container or a satin/silk bag to protect against dust and tangling. Prior to reinstalling, we highly recommend deep conditioning the hair to restore moisture, softness, and manageability. This not only helps maintain the overall quality and appearance of the wefts but also ensures a more seamless and natural look upon reuse.
