Period
Coverage
This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects or workmanship issues, including:

Clips falling off, or fishline missing/broken.

PU/tape peeling off, weft breakage, incorrect piece count/weight, or severe craftsmanship defects.

Visible damage or quality anomalies present upon arrival (e.g., large-scale tangling, abnormal shedding).

Severe shedding, hair breakage, or tangling within the first 3 washes.

Receipt of a used/second-hand item or a mislabeled product.
Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

Dyeing, bleaching, perming, straightening, purple shampoo usage, or any other chemical treatments.

Heat damage, improper installation/removal, poor maintenance, or improper brushing.

Any issues arising after cutting, trimming, or altering the product.

Normal fading, normal shedding, slight color variations, or minor inconsistencies inherent to handmade products.

Damage caused by third-party salon services or any non-brand-related factors.
Eligibility
Must be a verified purchaser (requires a valid Order ID or linked Amazon account).
The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery, and a complete claim must be submitted within 45 days.
Clear photos of the product must be provided.
Required Evidence
To process a claim, the customer must provide:
A brief description of the issue (when it was noticed, how the hair was cared for, whether it has been installed, etc.).
The Order ID.
Clear photos or videos showing the specific issue, the overall product, and the packaging.
