Receoved Incomplete Packages? Fix it

Have you ever received hair extensions that arrived, but it is incomplete packages or accessories were missing when you opened the box?
Follow these steps if tracking shows a package as delivered in Your Orders but you can’t find it.

1.Open Your Incomplete Packages and Look for All Items

Full Shine hair extension products come in different sets and packaging formats. Please make sure all packaging bags are checked carefully. Sometimes not received incomplete packages, actually incomplete—it may just be that the wrong specification was accidentally ordered.

2.Compare with Your Order – Did You Receive the Right Items?

Please double-check your order details on Amazon and confirm which variation or bundle you selected.The issue may not be truly incomplete packages, but rather that the product specifications ordered did not meet expectations.

3.Check the Package for Any Damage

Take a moment to check if the outer packaging shows any signs of damage — such as tears, holes, or if the seal looks tampered with.
The incomplete products may be the result of partial loss during transit.
