I. Switch to Oil-Free Hair Products
Recommended shampoos: Look for clarifying or volumizing formulas
Avoid: Sulfates, silicones, and argan oil.
- Using too many hair products, especially those containing silicone or oil, can interfere with the adhesive.
- Build-up from styling products, conditioners, and even some shampoos can prevent the tape from sticking properly.
