All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in China. Typically, it will take 1-2 business days to process your order, unless there are issues such as fraudulent warnings, address errors, or technical problems.

If you need your order expedited but did not select the correct shipping option at checkout, don’t worry! You can manually purchase the Expedited Shipping service from the accessories before your order ships. Alternatively, please contact our customer service at service@fullshine.net to arrange the expedited shipping fee payment. We will upgrade your shipping method to ensure faster delivery.

We process orders Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and Chinese holidays). Some new or popular products may take 5-10 business days to be produced. Items such as out-of-stock or pre-sale hair toppers might take up to 30-60 business days to prepare.
